If you select to arrange by conversations you might enjoy this new view in Outlook. The show messages in this conversation isn't a solution to the problem. I'm having the same problem. I get an email, I hit reply, send my response.
If I go look at the original email there is a 'Show Reply' button. When I click on it, nothing happens. Same thing when there's a 'Show Forward' button. Is there a fix for this? Thanks Diane, I hadn't noticed that problem until reading your post! Microsoft - an endless series of updates that solve some problems, while creating new ones.
